I loved many of the ideas and photos. For example, this one features cabinets atop and drawers below. Notice the bump out on the stove, which they also do on the sink side.
Love the raised dishwasher.
Same idea for microwave that creates a bar height counter.
Nifty way to create a pantry with a desk that can double as a dry bar or serving space during parties.
Love these columns surrounding the bar area.
